The CBI director has just revealed out estimates of black money that is stashed in foreign bank accounts which could be nearly 500 billion USD. Now the question of interest would be, how do we bring back that huge amount. Since no nodal agency of India has the sole authority to act and carry out this task, it seems to me that bringing black money back would be next to impossible! Do you agree?
