One needs satisfaction of salary after working so hard day and night. If the remuneration is not good then the person will not feel motivated to work further. Especially when youth of the country do not get proper remuneration they feel unwanted and left. Gujarat has plenty of skilled youth several MBAs, MCAs, Journalists, CAs and skilled professionals. However, Gujarat’s brain bank is draining out due to lesser salary given to natives here which is discouraging. If the salary is not good then the youth feel discouraged in fact everyone will.
