Thread: Should prostitution be legalised in india?

Nobody in India would want to legalize prostitution because this would gear up the brothels and forceful prostitution. We should create a society free of forced prostitutes as our nation is world re known for good culture and ethics. In my view, we should further strengthen the laws to curb any such unethical activities prevailing right now in our country.

In my view legalization of prostitution will not put an end to the problems of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. There are already several satutes in India for controlling these problems however, it is unable to put an end to such problems. Legalization of prostitution will lend a hand in increasing human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Hence prostitution should not be legalized in India.
