Although the India's constitution was prepare after borrowing the content and the rules and the regulations from the other constitutions of many countries. There are plenty of Characteristics of India’s constitutions as it provides the opportunity to every citizen of India to live and worship any religion freely and independently. The word constitution is taken from Latin word which means a significant law for the citizens of a country. The constitution of India has all the rights which citizens of India have to abide by. Indian Constitution is prepared for the welfare of the society and in case of any emergency the law and the regulations of constitution of India apply immediately to get the Adverse situations under control. There are many provisions for the welfare for women and the children in constitution of India.

The constitution of a country is something which plays a very big role in maintaining countries internal situations. India's constitution is recognized by the Indian government just after the independence from the Britishers in the 1947 which was a very historic moment for the people of India. Having an own constitution is a matter of pride for the countries therefore every country is having their own constitution for the citizens to bide by in all the conditions to maintain peace and harmony among the public.Many people were involved in writing the India's constitution after the independence. And the there was a committee formed to prepare the constitution of India for the citizens. Without a constitution, no country can run itself when it comes to emergency situations and the difficult cases. The main person behind creating the India's constitution was Mr. B.R. The Constitution of India is an amalgamation of all strengths of constitutions of various countries. as it was designed after thorough research and thinking, it has been packed with all advantages, minus the drawbacks that have been left by many other countries. India has very less scope for facing problems in its legislation due to its strong backbone in the shape of its constitution. our constitution is indeed, our national asset which is further improved on regular basis.

indian constitution is the largest written constitution which has taken aspects mostly from the british constitution with some changes. though it is largest it not adequately written to suit the needs of people as it not so efficient in execution. the areas which are numb and of no use should be removed and it should be seen that whole constitution and its amendments should be worthwhile

the constitution of india is a great blend of various constitutions making it one of the largest written constitution. but the constitution is not followed properly by the so called law abiding authorities. moreover it is not being put into efficient use by the government authorities. it seems like such a large constitution is framed just for the sake of doing it
