There are number of Indian companies being set up on a small scale. These companies do not follow the Quality Assurance standards to maintain the quality of products with which consumers are not satisfied. As a result the consumer complaints against these damaged or undesirable products are rising. Indian government have set up a consumer court where people can actually lodge their complaints and the court would look after the issue and make the company pay for any damages incurred.
