Consumers have the right to express their suggestions or grievances on all the products available in the markets and to address this issue we have a special consumer court which would look after such consumer related issues. But consumers would need a place to express their grievances and may need guidance on the procedure to be followed for lodging a complaint. Here a Consumer forum would play an important role in bringing together all the complaints and concerns regarding the products. In this way the consumers would also know about the existing fraudulent products in markets.

Consumers can file a complaint against any fraudulent products in the market but filling a complaint in the Consumer forum. Consumer forums work ar three levels, district, state and national according to the amount of damage caused. Consumer forum works in accordance with the consumer protection act and the laws laid down therein.
