This is really a good initiative from the government's side as we can find many young families leaving away their parents in turmoil to evade financial responsibilities. Media should play a role in changing this system in India by promoting care taking of old aged parents by their children.

Really good initiative but how far this would be put into use? We have number of laws in IPC which protect various rights of an individuals. But all those laws are not being put into use and if they are, the courts delay the judgment! So is there any practical solution to this?
