Class Struggle In India Continues since ages. According to official sources only 5-6% of 210 million Indian children in age group of 6 to 14 years are not attending school. UNESCO reports India one of 40 odd countries which won't be able to meet most of Education For All Goals even by 2015.

Class struggle would always remain rampant in a country like India because government is bent on reminding people that they belong to different classes. Class system is a big paradox in the name of secularism which people are categorized into various classes and given reservations in the name of social justice, but this also gives them a tag that they were once a backward class.
