Thread: How should India Media behave ??

All of us are very busy blaming Indian Media... Ok let's be constructive about this. Let us discuss our points to how would you expect Indian media to behave in different situations ??

what are your suggestions for Indian Media persons and Indian Media Houses ??

I think first of all that Media personalities should not be dual policy holder whether print or electronic then we think about your suggestions.

Indian Media should behave more responsible in today's world. India need media to show the true face of Indian politics and the situation that people are going through. Media is more busy in telecasting the programs based on serials or celebrities rather than providing the actual reason of its existence. It should telecast the real problem of people and different sectors.

These people should tell before presenting the news that they would be presenting against or in favour of the topic So that precious time of people would be saved & this should be made the law

Media of any country is working for the mass. They are providing different news to the people. Hence they must be responsible in catering the correct news and avoid half truth news to the people. The media must be respectable, responsible and shall not prejudice on particular topic or any political parties. The media must carry out its duty with all concentration and devotion.

Media plays a very crucial role in our social living. They have great responsibility upon themselves as we all believe upon what they present us. There are many instances such as emergency conditions where people may need their help. In such cases they should help people rather than be busy in making news. so they should behave more responsibly.

Since with great power, there are more responsibility; media should understand the power of their pen. It is always said that the pen is mightier than the sword, but since media today are not using this power judiciously, they are gaining popularity more as entertainment channels rather as new channels. Media today are working and behaving selfishly and are not supporting or highlighting the real issues of nation. Media should bring out all the issues of nation and its people in limelight and fight until Government is compeled to think on it.

india is a country with lot of issues ranging from sensitive to non sensitive ones. it is the job of indian media to behave in a responsible way and address the issues with hospitality and seriousness. people of india blindly believe what media says about something, without knowing the true facts behind the scenes. so it would be better on medias counterpart to act responsible to the society.

indian media has got huge responsibility towards the nation. and so it become very obvious that it should have sense in what it shows to people. the channels may also be viewed internationally so media should keep in mind that the dignity what channels would bare, goes to india. always concentrating on entertainment and such silly news does not fetch the country nor the people a thing.

Media face has been changed a lot in past 5-6 years. They are showing everything except the news. For this only media is not responsible. We are the ones who are the main profiles for such changes. Its because of us that India TV is having a maximum of TRP among all news channel which is showing anything except the news. And the channel which is showing a proper news, Doordarshan, is neglected.
