CNN IBN is the worst channel ever....media in any country plays a very important role in shaping the thinking of its viewers...the countrymen. CNN IBN is a totally anti BJP News channel .......which strives to portray Nationalists as worst as possible.

IBN gives imp to unnecessary issues .....and is very good at hyping them. a channel where there are never any good news...only airing of pessimistic ideologies.they are the one who actual spread hatred amongst people.

Nidhi, your problem with CNN IBN is that you think its Anti-BJP, but you see, its difficult for any channel to be pro-BJP....Look at their sorry state of affair.....

Anyway, CNN-IBN may not be better than timesnow, but its definitely better than all the Hindi news channel !!!

Well, Nidhi is right but no one can beat India TV [Worst Category...of course ]. For Example once They a showed a 2 hours special report on a Snake and Leopard fight...telecast years ago by another channel.....this is just one example....and yes every two months a "Dooms Day" special....we all are going to die.....oh God!!!!

I wonder Why can't anybody sue them in a country where they sue somebody on everything possible....

I guess more than CNN IBN its the IndiaTV that is making hue and cry for no reasons.. They show which is of no importance and value to the people.. they literally are engaged in making money and nothing else..

IBN is a worst news channel.. tell me which one is not? Almost all the news channels are same.. they don't care for the feelings of the people.. they are worried about their TRP's and channel's position.. Who would show the picture of people.. they will show only the photos that increases the number of viewers..

Indian Media is Corrupt and Politically Biased. Indian Media is Misusing its right of freedom of speech just to gain TRPs.

as far as standards are concerned i think CNN IBN is a good channel but on the other hand it is manipulative and biased which is highly uncalled for a channel like CNN. it should try to be fair and just in showing news without falling into hands of any political parties who are there to serve only their means. it is not to blame this only channel, but also other such channels.

I dont think we should make way for such news channels which are totally biased to a cause. It is the prime responsibility of the media to give away news unbiasedly so as to let the people of the nation know whats going on around. If such manipulated news channels become high in number, the situation would get murky and eventually no channel could be trusted upon even if it does its job rightfully.

CNN IBN is from the western news channel CNN which has great fame in the news industry. But in India CNN IBN has brought itself a bad name because of its partiality towards the issues which it shows on its channel. The only thing it concentrates on is TRP and making money by showing biased news. We should neglect such ridiculous channels on Indian television.
