Thread: Baba Ramdev in Indian Politics

Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev entered Indian Politics to 'cleanse' India Political system with Baba Ramdev's own New Indian Political party Bharat Swabhiman. Politics is often looked down upon in India as a bad men game. But if we study the etymology of the word politics (Raajniti) in India, we find that the word translates itself into “Raaj+Niti, meaning “Royal principles”. So, it holds a high regard in our tradition. The future of the country and the development of our nation are associated with it. We cannot call it as a dirty game. Some politicians have made in dirty. So, should we not think of cleansing it? If politics has become dirty, it’s the responsibility of us to cleanse it. For a better nation, we must have good politics. So, why should we criticize if good people want to enter politics. We should encourage them.

Baba Ramdev Ji, after popularizing the Indian ancient traditions amongst the Indians has occupied a respectable position in Indian society. After cleansing the minds and body of millions of Indians, if he takes a step forward to cleanse the Indian political system , there should not be any criticism.

The journey from Raajyoga to Raajniti must be encouraged by the people of India. Baba Ramdev should also be supported by other like minded people and Indian patriots like Shiv Khera who is also striving to reform the India political system.

We hope, Baba RamDev will be able to bring a radical change to the political systems of our country through his Political Party - Bharat Swabhiman.

I think Baba Ramdev ji's party will surely make a difference.. What ever he is doing is for the good of the country and his teachings have made a difference.. He will surely going to make a mark.. we all are with him..

Real yogi remains aside from politics. He is crazy of popularity. Calling oneself Guru. Rishi, Maharshi etc. all humbug thing. He can do yoga well that's all. He has come into gulf of Maya, Moha, . He is not yogi at all in real sense.

He is a national figure who hijacked TRPs (2004-2005). He can make a difference but no one can guarantee that thousands of his representative will act like him and implement his policies as he shared in his speeches and programs.
