    Default Who is Responsible for 2G scam ?

    Kapil Sibbal says UPA is not responsible for the 2G scam, but the NDA is. What do you Proud Indians think? is He is correct? The policies of the NDA laid the foundation for the scam or is he wrong ? The UPA is fully responsible.

    UPA is completely responsible for the scam! Otherwise why do you think Raja would be indicted for the crime? the judiciary ain't fool to falsely implicate somebody if it were NDA's fault. Mr. Sibal has always been coming out with cooked up statements in order to bail out UPA.
