Education is one the basic requirement in today's world. But in India the thing which is depriving many kids to have the education is the lack of schools and seats in existing schools. School authorities and Government need to solve this issue first before going to next level.

Issues For Women In India are many including education. Indian Women generally receive very little schooling; they suffer from biased unfair inheritance, divorce laws. Such Indian laws prevent them from accumulating potential financial assets, thus making it extremely difficult for them to build their autonomy and security.

@livelyfire: involvement is required from both the sides. Education is important for men and women both. talking about the equality for only women is not right. Women need to get educated just like men and vice versa. It is very important to give education to every child if we actually want to make india a better place to live in.

@khushboo: Also we must not leave the issue of education for older people. Elder people are exploited a lot because of their illiteracy. Also once these people know the importance of education they will certainly do the needful to get their children educated also.

Education is a fundamental right conferred to every citizen by the Constitution of India. It is essential that every child receives proper education as it is the basis for development of every individual. Education is important for everyone and people of lower-economic status is no exception to it. However, the Government has made a remarkable effort by enacting the Right To Education Act. This act is enacted to let every child receive education irrespective of economic status, caste, religion, language etc. Free elementary education is provided in government schools upto the age of 14yrs.

It is immensely important to educate every child as children are the future of the country and the whole progress and development of the nation lies in their hands. By educating a child is educating the nation. The Right to Education act should be very well implemented since it provides compulsory primary education for every child between the age of 6years to 14 years.

There are many children in India who are deprived of education and as a result they are not capable of living better lives. Apart from providing better life, education provides better understanding and increases the ability to think rationally. Moreover, education is the right of every child as education helps in intellectual development and making better person. The country is sure to become a superpower if every child is educated.
