Can you die for India ?

Hi Indians,

I have this simple question for you all....if some day a situation comes when you are convinced that it will be of some help for your nation if you lay your life trying to do something important, will you be ready to go ahead? Ready to die for Mother India ?

I love my Parents more than my Country..and my Parents cannot live without me...so i would first thank about my parents before my country..sounds selfish..but that is the reality!

I wish i had the courage to die for india but i think i would be too afraid and scared to actually do it. But depends also on the situation for sure. I rather live for india and do something important.

my friends, i just want to say that it's a great and respectful thing for any country to be known with the fact that we can die for it. but if we'll die then who will work. we can do anything for our country but not at the cost of our life. because we are the lifelines of our country and if we would die then nothing could be done. we should do a lot good for our country but not die. because gandhiji have told "do or die". i will prefer to do rather than die. hope that you would too. jai hind and may god bless you!

i think iam in a kids club. what does a country mean?. a country means a group of people. it is not the boundaries. And I feel that my country which means my people doesn't sacrifise a man who can sacrifise himself for their betterment.

I love my India but honestly I don't know what I will do if something like this happens.....I mean doing "penny" efforts regularly in your lifetime for your country may be bigger than this ultimate sacrifice.
