Thread: What do you think about online games?

There are many games that are available online such as gambling, poker, casino and other games which are becoming popular among children as well as youngsters. Are these games safe enough to play?

i think the free online games are safe enough and a good means of enjoyment for the gamers. all genres of games are available to play online which do not consume much of time to load and are of good quality. most of them use flash and so these are good in interaction during the gameplay.

There can be a huge discussion about whether the online games are okay for kids and youth. If these games are plays under the supervision of parents then there is no harm. Many people have used these online games quite commercial. They gave a platform where people can play these without having any international borders. All they use a small space and optimize these space in a western manner to attract kids and younger people.

This is really a nice idea of doing business, but at the cost of youngster future (somewhat). Need to rethink.

Best is to avoid these things, these are not better than pc games, or make a time table

I don't think it is easy to let go online games once you get addicted to them. Online games are kind of addiction that one has to go through. Once you play these games you tend to play them daily and even when you are busy you feel like playing them and leave your other work for the online games. It is not easy to leave these games as they have teh tendency to become addict.

Exactly. I am very much in favor of this. Addiction is the word which needs to be avoided. Parental guidance is utmost necessary for these online games. Not only this, many surveys has clearly indicated that these online games are very much hazardous (health wise) to the kids.

@life: These games are not only hazardous for children but many games spread vulgarity as well among children. There are people who love playing such games and ask their children as well to play these games, which is a shame on parenthood. I simply boycott such games no matter they are easily available or accessible for free of cost.

The matter should be how to put control o yourself, One should not avoid playing games as they are the means of relaxation and gives you refreshment from the long day hectic jobs. You should try to control on your things and senses while playing these games. These games are not bad but one should learn to have control and should not get addicted to these games!
