Do Indian Sports losing its value?
There are many games in india that people love to play. Indian sports are very famous world wide and people show their interests in these games which includes cricket, badminton, chess, and so on. But the national sport of India is Hockey. India has eight olympic gold medals in Hockey though Cricket is a very famous game in India. Do you think that the indian sports are losing its value in front of the international games so far?

Yes, Indian sports losing its value in front of international sports. People do look forward for playing different interesting sports, but usually avoid and do not like to play national game hockey. This game usually should be played as a national pride. Government should show some concern about the development and making our national game popular among indians. But now ordinary sportsmen like to play other international games only. Let's take vijay malya as an example, he puts crores of investment in formula1 car racing, even tough we don't have any Indian driver in it.

Yes, i think very much the same because we are not funding and promoting our national game and are back of cricket with madness though we hardly win any game. Government and media should stop making hype of cricketers and start promoting the other sports in India to redeem Indian sports value.
