    Default Harassment of Indian Tamil fishermen:

    Even after totally eliminating the cruel terrorist out fit LTTE the Srilankan army is every now and then harassing Indian fishermen along the coast of Tamilnadu adjoining Srilanka. By arresting them and seizing their fishing trawlers.

    It is a national issue as Srilanka is seizing the indian fishermen and their boats whilst India is doing almost nothing on this issue. Government must act strongly on this issue rather than showing a soft corner. The poor fishermen have no other option to go and fish because it is the only way to earn their livelihood.
