Thread: Electronics Giants Come together for a Merger

The Giants of the Electronics world, Toshiba, Hitachi, and Sony have come together for a merger with Innovation Network of Japan (INJ), which would together form a new company called as Japan display. This step has been taken up by the companies to evade the competition they are facing from the korean companies.

Obviously if the electronics companies come together and form a merger they can beat the heat of competition with ease. But thinking in India's perspective, how do you think this merger would have an impact? I think competition is going to become stiffer for indian companies
