Samsung is all ready to launch its new instant messaging service on mobiles called ChatON. This will enable samsung mobile users to send Instant text messages, chats, images, and video clips to each other using the smartphone platform. This is sure to give a tough competition to other companies like Apple which is also planning to launch a similar service of instant messaging at no charges. Moreover, the telecom companies which make huge profits from text messaging service are also going to take a serious hit from such services.

This is a great news for heavy texters!! I think the telecom companies would have to incur loses due to such services but its a great relief for the mobile phone users as most of the communication is done via sms. looking forward for such offers from mobile companies
