Thread: Sales of PC in India to touch 11.2 Million

With growing demands of PCs in India, the sales have gone up and are estimated to touch 11.2 million by the end of 2011. The sales have doubled since four years from now and further growth of 14 percent is expected by the year 2012. And due to this, the Indian companies and the MNCs are having a good competition in the markets to meet the domestic demands of computers in India.

I feel if this happens there would be an impact on two sides of indian lifestyle. On one hand, people would improve their learning ability, start computing making life easier. On the other hand, i think it would be mostly students who would be using PCs and therefore the offline-social life would have a negative impact, depriving them of social contacts and physical activities such as outdoor games.
