Thread: Why are the terrorist released from jail?

Once Mr. Sharat Das helped police to nab a terrorist who was trying to snatch his motor bike.
The terrorist was captured and sent to jail. He was released from jail after some years when his punishment was over. He became a terrorist again. And got Mr. Sharat Das killed.

It’s not a story from a film but a true incident that happened in Assam the day before yesterday.Is our judicial system inefficient to curb terrorism? What’s the solution? Why are the terrorist released from jail? Life imprisonment for the terrorists is the only solution.

terrorism in India increasing day by day and it,s all due to our corrupted system, we always heard imprisonment for all terrorist ,but only imprisonment is not the solution, we need to take proper steps to overcome these problem.

For these guys...not even Life imprisonment is solution...we should hang them till death.

If we hang one terrorist, then definetly create the fear in terrorists.

I am sorry to hear this. However, do you have any link to back those up?

The terrorists are not supposed to be released from the jails. They must be given life sentenced. If they are released from the prisons they will again start their work and nothing can be done to stop them. The terrorists are the antisocial and they often like to create tensions in the country. Hence they must be kept in the jail for the rest of their life.

My question is simple…why are the terrorists jailed? When everyone knows a person to be criminal and a threat to national security why not shoot at sight? I know this question will get a bad response, but there is no solution either. Feed the terrorists for years and then exchange them for hijacked planes. Is that what they are captured for?

A petty thief gets captured, ordered a sentence, completes it or gets bail and then walks out free. But if the same policy is also followed with respect to the state enemies…the terrorists…be ready for a next attack. If the terrorists don’t get released by the law they are exchanged for a hijacked plane. That’s how it works. India cannot be rude enough to hang a terrorist…he too is a human being. Irritating.

Why are terrorist released from jail? I very much feel why at all they are kept safe in jail and fed for so long. They are treated as they if are the guest to Indian government. They should undergo a strict trial and should be hanged till death. When everything is already evident why is that the hearings are there and then finally one day they are exchanges for the lives of the hostages. India needs to take quick and strict actions that can compel the terrorist also to think before acting.

The government is trying to capitalize on Islamic voters by being lenient on terrorism and terrorists.
