In my view, it can be done only by creating special elite force to combat any kind of threat and of any severity. We should create of force of which all the terror outfits be afraid of. Mere constables running with batons, and old fashioned carbines would not help us combat any threat. The armor is also of low grade which lowers the proficiency of a trooper.

There are many ways to put stop on terrorism and one of the best way is to educate people the lesson of harmony. Pakistan and almost all muslim countries are the hub of terror activities where training goes on and small children are taught the lesson of terrorism. I guess it is in a way quite hard to get rid of terrorism. But hope is the thing on which we all can rely!
