Thread: Where does all the terrorist activity takes place?

I just want to know that where do these terrorist educate and ready their terrorist? Where is the practice going on? is it not reachable for indian police? Which is the place where most of such activities takes place?

I guess all the muslim countries are terrorist prone countries including places like Jammu, Kashmir and srinagar. Though many of my relatives and friends reside in Srinagar but still that place is not that safe if we talk about terrorism. All the terrorist practice take place in Kashmir and training takes place in Jammu according to the one article I read few days back in Newspaper and online.
