We all are aware about our population and unemployment rate. So, do you really think women need to work in spite of all their problems, harassing bosses, travel hiccups etc? Well just support your view.

I feel its not necessary for women to work, as they have got a lot to do as perfect homemakers. This is only my view..

As you all feel women are prone to sacrifices, why can't they do this sacrifice to reduce unemployment ??

Every Woman has a right to be self dependent and independent like men.

And if you've forgotten, This COUNTRY had been and is being run by a Woman!!

I am glad that the outlook of men has changed towards working women, except few of course. and that Woman are given equal opportunities.

the fact should be applauded that Woman is Working, excelling in her job, Taking care of her parents, family, kids.

Even after the total modernization, its Really NOT easy to make it big for a woman in any sector to chose, but she struggles, some give up and make themselves happy thinking that "its not their cup of tea" , whereas some NEVER give up.

Woman has come a long way, and i think they is still LOT let for the men to learn from them and understand them.

This is abt women working .. not abt equal rights for women (I dont feel women can't be independent without working).
What actually do u mean by independent ?
U know one thing not even a single individual is independent. Everyone needs someones help at any point of time.
So, just dont think big.. just say OK to work or not

Why shouldnt they work?

Gone are the days when Men should get log for fire at the end of the day and then women will cook for him and serve him food!! though it still exist in some under developed regions.

But if a woman is equally educated as you are, have got the same wit as you do, in fact a little more, then why not?

Such an irony while most women from rural and poor background work to support their families, literate ones belonging to middle class keep debating on "Should women work". Sometimes lesser ones can teach us a lot. Isn't it? Freedom is not absolute by the way its the degree of freedom that matters.

What is she gonna loose if she is not working ? Hmm I dont think the workplaces in our country are safe enough. First improve them and then we can think abt females to work.
